| 1. Routine Maintenance - Levels of routine maintenance activities can be determined by equipment type for each criticality level. Preventive and predictive activities can vary all the way from doing nothing for the least critical equipment (beyond monitoring by Operators), to tailor made activities specific to a piece of equipment and its components for the most critical equipment. Intermediate levels of criticality can be assigned 'template' maintenance activities, using standard industry and practices. Also, work prioritization can be driven by equipment criticality, where more work than resources exists. |
1. Регламентные работы по ТО – Уровень повседневных мероприятий по техническому обслу-живанию может быть обусловлен типом оборудования для каждой степени критичности. Профилактические и предупредительные работы могут различаться: для наименее критично-го оборудования – они могут не проводиться (за исключением контроля со стороны операто-ров), для оборудования с наивысшей степенью критичности – специально разработанные мероприятия для конкретного оборудования и его компонентов. Для средней степени критич-ности назначаются "шаблонные" мероприятия по ТО, с применением стандартных по отрасли работ. Также, приоритетность работ может быть обусловлена критичностью оборудования, когда объём работ превышает объём трудовых ресурсов. |
