• Interim Leave – Rest & Relaxation (R&R). Each Business Unit will set their respective Interim Leave policies.
• Interim leave maybe provided in countries with hardship conditions where the premium is 35 percent or higher. (This does not include temporary hardship uplifts.)
• This leave is separate from vacation and is used to allow the employee and eligible dependents a chance to visit a country that is similar to the Home Country culture for rest and relaxation.
• Each Business Unit will set their respective Interim Leave destination. The location should be within one day’s travel from the host location.
• Dependents residing in the Host Country are eligible.

• Кратковременный отпуск – Отдых и восстановление (ОиВ)
Во всех Бизнес-подразделениях будет разработана собственная политика Кратковременных отпусков.
• Кратковременный отпуск может предоставляться в странах с тяжелыми условиями труда, где премия составляет 35 процентов и выше. (Сюда не включаются надбавки за временные сложности).
• Данный отпуск учитывается отдельно от основного отпуска и используется для предоставления сотруднику и соответствующим материально зависимым лицам возможности посетить для отдыха и восстановления страну, которая по культурным особенностям похожа на их Страну проживания.
• Во всех Бизнес-подразделениях будут установлены собственные места для проведения Кратковременных отпусков. Это место должно находиться на расстоянии в пределах одного дня переезда от места пребывания.
• Материально зависимые лица, проживающие в Стране пребывания, имеют право на Краткосрочный отпуск. |
